The 2016 Rickmansworth Folk Festival has grown!  We are now holding a ‘ Month of Folk’ with a myriad of fabulous events taking place at different venues and dates around the town, from Friday 1st July through to Saturday 30th  July.   You can book your tickets for the paid events by clicking on the EventBrite Links.

The normal monthly meeting of Ricky Folk - open for you to come along and sing or play (or both) or just to come along and listen.

Morris at the Lock

Phoenix Morris and guests will  open this evening of Morris at Batchworth Lock at 7.30pm

Saturday 30th July


Day of Dance & Folk

Events throughout the day between 11am and 4pm, with Morris Sides dancing at various locations around the town and folk singers.  


Grand Opening by the Chairman of Three Rivers District Council outside Watersmeet at 11am then on to Batchworth Lock, The Feathers, The Fox & Hounds and the Conservative Club.  In addition there will be Folk Session s at The White Bear from 1pm to 4pm.

Saturday 30th July


7.45pm till 11pm

Ceilidh At St Mary's Church Centre

The finale of our Month of Folk will start with The Pals singing at 7.45pm , dancing to Alan Simpson and The Gallows Hillbillies from 8pm with an interval at 9.30pm  when the hosting Phoenix Morris Side will dance.
